Cherry Care have an EXCITING opportunity for Residential Support Workers to join our wonderful team in our residential home in Erith with young people with Learning Disabilities.

We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient, and motivated Residential Support Workers who want to make a difference in young people's lives and enable them to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally in a setting where they feel safe and cared for.

Full training and induction before starting are provided, along with work shadowing more senior members of staff. You will be joining an established team that is very warm and welcoming.

The successful candidate would be required to cover seven shifts over two weeks.

There would be options for additional shifts.

The successful applicants will be appointed subject to references and enhanced DBS check. To be successful in your application, you will be subject to a safer recruitment process and must adhere to a strict code of conduct regarding your behavior at all times.

It is preferred that you will already hold the Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare but, if not, it is required that you complete this within 2 years.
