We are seeking people who are calm, conscientious, and compassionate, capable of tending to the daily requirements of our vulnerable young people (never done this before? Don't worry - we will fully train you)

Salary: Up to 32,000 per annum. (Including Sleep-ins.)

As New Reflexions continue to be a real living wage employer, from the 1st April 2025 the salary will be starting from 31,488

The role; Children's Residential Support Worker - Full Time and Part Time available.



Location:

Shropshire and Surrounding Areas

Working Pattern: Flexible working options are available for both full-time roles and part-time positions. (Requiring a 2 on 3 off rota and sleep-ins) 365-day service due to the nature of the work. (Overtime available)



Hours: As well as Full Time hours we also offer Part Time hours of 60, 90 or 120 hours per month.

Specifically, the New Reflexions Children's Residential Service provides therapeutic placements, catering to individuals up to the ages of 18 years, for both short-term and long-term placements.

Essential Requirements

A true passion for supporting and inspiring children to thrive A full UK manual driving licence and access to your own vehicle Flexibility to work a rota pattern, including sleep-ins A desire to work in beautifully maintained homes, where you'll care for just 2 or 3 children at a time.
