We are a small but bespoke service that understands the importance in ensuring we have resilient, consistent, and nurturing staff to support the young people in our care.

Our senior management team has over 50 years' experience in caring for and supporting some of the most complex young people.

We aim to provide a safe warm and supportive work environment for our staff team and a warm and nurturing home for our children and young people.

We have the following positions available:

Unqualified Residential support Worker - 30,378 - 30,908

Qualified Residential support Worker - 32,022 - 32,552

Our shift pattern is 2 days on 4 days off, annual salary is inclusive of sleep in rate of 47- 52 per sleep in, as detailed in pay structure above.

Enhanced rate of pay for additional hours.

Annual hours is 2080hrs, which equates to 40hrs per week and staff will receive 236hrs of annual leave.

We are committed to ensure all staff have access to a comprehensive training and development programme to enhance their skills and knowledge and gain professional qualifications.

Candidates must be empathetic, child centred and a positive role model. We expect you to provide the highest levels of care to our children.

It is essential that you are at least 21 years of age to apply.

Requirements for Enhanced DBS and reference checking will be undertaken in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practice to be offered the position you are applying for.
