Summary



We are seeking a passionate Support Worker based in the UK to join our team at FEVACA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting young people in our care, helping them navigate their personal challenges and achieve their goals. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of our residents and align with our commitment to excellence in social care.

Responsibilities



Provide direct support to young people in residential settings. Assist in developing and implementing individual care plans. Foster positive relationships with young people to encourage personal growth. Facilitate educational and recreational activities. Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress. Promote a safe and nurturing environment for all young people. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Promote the health and well-being of the young people.

Qualifications/Experience



Proven experience working with children or young people. Understanding of the quality standards in Children's Homes. Familiarity with developing care plans tailored to individual needs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (training will be provided)
