The Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
Offer both emotional and day-to-day support, helping children develop routines and enjoy activities like cooking, sports, music, or simply winding down in a safe environment.
Be part of a close-knit team of six, working alongside supportive managers, education staff, outdoor learning specialists, and other professionals.
Be enthusiastic and committed to helping children thrive and reach their potential.
Work Pattern
2 days on / 4 days off, including sleep-ins on a set rolling rota
Enjoy a consistent schedule with only 10-11 working days per month

Who We're Looking For
Experience:
Some experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals (not necessarily in residential care)
Qualifications:
Either already hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
