Spring Care For You Ltd was founded in Spring 2024 by four professionals who shared one clear vision: to provide high-quality residential care for children in safe, nurturing environments where they can truly thrive. Based in Lincolnshire, we are proud to be a values-led, community-focused organisation with a fresh, responsive approach to care.

Our first home is now officially open and already making a meaningful impact - but we're not done yet. We're now looking to grow our team with compassionate, committed individuals who are ready to make a real and lasting difference in the lives of children and young people.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in residential childcare and a genuine passion for supporting children and young people (essential) A full UK driving licence (essential) Emotional resilience, empathy, and the ability to thrive in a team environment A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
