Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people, especially those facing emotional challenges and complex behaviours? We're looking for caring, committed individuals to join our team and provide meaningful crisis care and everyday support to young people who need it most.

We do not offer any form of sponsorship to work in the UK for any of our roles

About us:

At Fairview Care & Support, we provide compassionate, around-the-clock care for care-experienced children and young people, including unaccompanied asylum seekers. Whether in a children's residential home, semi-independent shared living, or solo placements, we're here to support young people aged 16 to 18 every step of the way -- whether they need short-term support or a more long-term home.

Our approach is rooted in kindness, respect, and empowerment. We believe young people should lead their own journey, and we're here to walk beside them -- helping them stay safe, make positive choices, and build a future they're proud of.

By keeping young people at the heart of everything we do, we aim to grow from our grassroots into a leading national provider of supported and independent living -- without ever losing our personal, people-first values.

What You'll Do:

Be a crucial part of a supportive and professional care team. Build strong, positive relationships with young people as a key worker. Help develop and deliver tailored care and support plans. Support daily routines, personal development, learning, and fun activities -- including days out and holidays! Promote independence, choice, and dignity in every aspect of care. Work consistently with behaviour support strategies and promote emotional well-being. Keep accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues, and follow all safeguarding and health & safety guidelines.

Development & Training:

Ongoing training to grow your skills and confidence. Monthly supervision and support for your personal development. Opportunities to build a meaningful, long-term career in care.

What We're Looking For:

A real passion for making a positive impact in young lives. Understanding of emotional and behavioural challenges. Strong communication skills and a team player mindset. Willingness to work shifts, including sleep-ins. Must be 21+ due to regulations around working with minors. Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to safeguarding, equality, and respect.
