Position: Residential Children's Home Worker

Salary: 32,281.44 - 34,452.96 per annum

Location: Rainhill, Merseyside

Contract: Full-time (36 hours per week) or Part-time (18 hours per week)

for each completed year (up to 5 extra days + sleep-ins) Annual leave entitlement accrues on any overtime hours worked

Your Role

You'll work two

24.5-hour shifts per week

, including: 10am-11pm active hours A sleep-in shift 7am-10:30am the following day Provide therapeutic care, build trusting relationships, and support children to create positive life experiences. Go above and beyond to ensure a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
