Aspire Care NW Ltd is opening a brand-new therapeutic children's home in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team from the very beginning, shaping a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children can thrive.

The Role


As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of the young people we support. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will:

Provide consistent care and support to children with varying needs. Build positive, trusting relationships that promote emotional wellbeing. Support children with daily routines, education, and recreational activities. Follow care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies. Promote independence, resilience, and positive outcomes for each child. Ensure safeguarding and welfare is at the centre of your practice. Work closely with colleagues, managers, and external professionals.

What We're Looking For



A compassionate and resilient individual with a genuine passion for supporting children. Experience in residential childcare or a related care setting (preferred but not essential). A willingness to undertake mandatory and specialist training. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. A full UK driving licence (preferred). An enhanced DBS check (to be completed if not already held).
