Your Role & Responsibilities:

Lead shifts

with confidence and responsibility
? Build

safe, nurturing relationships

with children and young people
? Be a

role model

? Support

therapeutic care

using the

PACE model

? Work closely with

external professionals

and the wider team
? Ensure

clear documentation

and decision-making in line with policies
? Help children with

daily tasks

--bringing fun and imagination into their lives

Essential Requirements:

?

1+ years in a team leader/shift leader role

?

2+ years in residential childcare

?

Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care (or equivalent)

?

Must be 21+
