What You'll Actually Do (aka Make a Real Difference)



As one of our

Children's Residential Support Workers

, you'll be that trusted adult - the one who shows up, listens deeply, and helps each young person feel safe, seen, and supported.

Your day might include:

Creating a warm, nurturing home environment (bonus points for excellent pancake skills ) Helping with school runs, life chats, bedtime routines, and everything in between Being a calm, steady presence during emotional storms Supporting with health, education, and wellbeing goals Keeping on top of paperwork and working as part of a rock-solid team Always holding space for growth, laughter, healing - and the occasional dance-off in the kitchen

Qualifications (or Willingness to Earn Them)

- A Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children's Care or Health and Social Care is ideal - or be ready to work towards it with our support.
