up to 31,637 per year

Basic Salary

: 29,237.00 per year (includes 40 per sleep-in)

+ Performance

Bonus: up to 2,400 per year



Shifts:

2 on, 4 off (10:00am starters, sleeps at the home for both shifts)

What You'll Do:

Your role as a

Children's Residential Support Worker

will be at the heart of transforming the lives of young people, aged 8-18, by:

Caring & Supporting

: Creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can flourish emotionally, physically, and socially.

Mentoring & Inspiring

: Helping young people develop life skills, take part in activities, and build self-confidence.

Collaborating for Success

: Working closely with social workers, educators, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans.

Tracking Progress

: Keeping accurate records to monitor and support the personal growth of each child in your care.
What We're Looking For:

Experience

: Ideally, you have 1 year of experience in a similar role--but if you're eager to learn, we're here to support your growth!

Qualifications

: NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People, and Families Practitioner preferred, or a willingness to achieve this with our support.

Driving Licence

: You'll need a full UK driving licence as you'll have access to a company car during shifts.

Eligibility

: You must have the right to work in the UK and have lived here for at least 3 years (for NVQ eligibility).
