What You'll Do



As a

Children's Residential Support Worker

, you'll bring calm, consistency, and compassion to the lives of young people aged

8-18

who have experienced

trauma, neglect, or emotional and behavioural challenges

.

You'll:



Create a safe, stable, nurturing environment where children can rebuild trust Support them through daily routines, education, and personal growth Be a steady influence when life feels uncertain Use patience, empathy, and structure to guide positive behaviour Work with therapists, teachers, and social workers to deliver care plans Keep accurate records and uphold the highest standards of safeguarding

Mandatory Training

EBD training,

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

or willingness to work towards the qualification.
