Lily Residential Services offers specialised, relationship-based care to young individuals who have experienced disruption and trauma. We are currently inviting compassionate, reliable people to join our close-knit teams within small, family-style homes in the Weymouth area.

The Role


As part of a 2:1 staffing model, you will provide day-to-day and emotional support to young residents, helping them build skills, confidence, and trust in a calm and structured environment. Activities are varied and could include beach outings, paddleboarding, walks in nature, or cosy movie nights.

Key Areas of Responsibility:



Supporting structured daily routines Encouraging personal interests, education, and self-care Helping with household tasks such as cooking, tidying, and laundry Working within a trauma-aware care framework and recording progress Following flexible working patterns (including weekends and overnight stays)

Who We're Looking For:



People who genuinely care about making a difference in young lives Ideally someone with prior residential care experience and a Level 3 Diploma, or working towards one Great listeners and communicators who can remain calm and supportive Full UK driving licence holders Willing learners, open to training and development
We also welcome career changers from other care or youth-focused backgrounds, including education, health, or social services.
