Location:

Worthing, West Sussex

Salary:

29,500 - 34,800 (depending on role and experience) + uplift for weekends, sleep ins and bank holidays

Start date:

September 2025

Willow Family Care is a brand-new, family-run children's home opening in Worthing. We're on a mission to create a safe, supportive and therapeutic space where children can thrive - and we're looking for brilliant people to join us from the very beginning.

We're currently hiring for

Residential Support Workers (RSW)

and

Senior Residential Support Workers (Senior RSW)

to be part of our founding team. These are key roles that will help shape our culture and practice from day one.

What we're looking for:



We welcome applications from people with lived experience, those working towards qualifications in care or related fields (e.g. psychology, social work, counselling), and those already working in children's residential care.

You'll need:

A genuine passion for supporting children and young people. Emotional resilience, curiosity and kindness. The ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. For Senior RSWs: experience in a residential setting and confidence to lead shifts and support others.
