Children's Residential Support Team Leader - Hindley

Hebron Houseis a provider of Children's Residential Therapeutic Services regulated by Ofsted. We support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and mild to moderate Learning Difficulties. We are looking for a Team Leader or Residential Support Worker who feels they are ready for the next step to come and join our supportive and collaborative team. Are you someone who has a passion for making a difference in young people's lives where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in this challenging and rewarding field.

The shift pattern for this role is 2 on 4 off including sleeps at the home

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;

To have knowledge and understanding of the Quality Standards, Social Care Common Inspection Framework and the Children's Home Regulation's 2015 Ensure staff understand the daily routines of the home Work within the policies and procedures established within the home Support the young people in the home Be able to follow care plans and update them when needed
Requirements

NVQ level 3 in children's residential desirable Experience working with children within a residential home Individuals who believe they can achieve the best outcomes for our young people. Driving Licence Desirable
