Care for young people who present with emotional, behavioural & other complex needs.
Due to ongoing company development we are looking for committed, compassionate, active individuals to make a difference to the lives of young people.
Day to Day:
Working alongside staff teams, provide a high standard of care for the Young People in your care.
To encourage the Young People to participate in activities.
Ensure Young People are monitored and protected
To assist in the motivation of Young People to take an active part in decision making and be involved in the design and delivery of the service they receive.
To ensure record keeping and administration responsibilities of the team are met, including care plans, risk assessments etc.
To ensure high standards of safe working practices at all times.
Ability to function in high level anxiety situations.
Requirements:
A MUST - Diploma Level 3 qualified in Residential Child Care
A MUST - Full UK Driving License.
Ability to work shift patterns and sleep ins. Shifts can be subject to rota change to meet the needs of the home.
To work as part of a team and use own initiative when required.
