We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's SP - Duty Team in Staffordshire. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
  • Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a varied caseload.
