Job Title

Little Kickers Lead Coach

There are four different classes tailored specifically to the developmental needs of children that you will coach: 18 months - 2.5 years, 2.5 to 3.5 years, 3.5 to 5 years and 5 to 8.

To thrive in this role, you must be

Able to confidently physically and vocally direct a class of up to 18 active youngsters under close observation from guardians and parents Experienced interacting with young children (under 8) such as young relatives, own children or children encountered in a childcare setting Able to work well in a team of two Able to work in line with the Little Kickers ethos Passionate about Early Years development and dedicated to helping children achieve their full potential Creative and able to adapt to the given situation in a pressurised environment Able to reach various venues around Gloucestershire/car advised as you may need to transport coaching kit, however pre-18 candidates or are welcome to apply to discuss options
Desirable qualities

Practical experience of coaching sports to youngsters

Experience working in a childcare or sports setting

Working towards or holding a childcare qualification, coaching qualification or similar.

You are the right person for the job if you are a reliable, outgoing, passionate, engaging, animated and energetic person capable of helping children come out of their shells and enjoy sports from a very young age.

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
