Children's Sports Coach

Job Description

First Steps Sports Club are looking for two sports coaches to join our team!



Duties:



Lead engaging and enjoyable weekend football sessions to children aged 2-12 years old. Deliver football and/or multi-sports sessions at holiday camps through out the year.

Skills:



Hardworking, reliable and willing to learn. Experience in working with children aged 2-12 years old. Knowledge and experience in sports coaching, with expertise in football and at least one other sport (FA Level 1 in Football Coaching or equivalent desirable). Ability to tailor sessions to different ages and skill levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and staff. Organizational skills to plan sessions. Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire children to reach their full potential. Problem-solving skills to address challenges or conflicts within the sessions.

Hours:

5 hours per weekend and up to 30 hours per week during the school holidays.
