Rugbytots is the world's favourite rugby play programme. We deliver dynamic weekly play sessions, designed around rugby skills, to develop physical, physiological, and social attributes for boys and girls aged 2-7 years old. Our coaches deliver sessions with energy, enthusiasm, and excitement, to create an atmosphere that is unique and engaging for children and parents alike.

What we're looking for:

We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals, with

experience working with children

, that can allow our Rugbytots to have fun and grow in confidence during their time with us. Think children's TV presenter rather than the next coach of the national team (we can teach the rugby side of things, we just need you to be outgoing and great with children)!

Rugbytots offer fun, structured play sessions for children aged 2 to 7 years old. Our coaches deliver sessions with energy, enthusiasm and excitement, to create an atmosphere that is unique and engaging for children and parents alike. We do this by delivering our specifically designed programme for each age group in a fun, dramatic and entertaining way, taking the children on a journey of sporting imagination, whilst teaching them how to catch, pass, kick and run with the ball and play as part of a team.

We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our network of assistant coaches to work part time hours on Saturday mornings at our new Thatcham venue.

Key attributes:

Previous experience of working with young children in a professional environment Must have own transport to get to the venue. An ability to engage with children with energy, enthusiasm and excitement An outgoing, bubbly personality Excellent organisational, verbal communication and listening skills Flexibility and Commitment

What You'll Do:

Assist the lead coach in delivery exciting, play-based sessions using our tried-and-tested Rugbytots programme; Help to create a fun, safe environment that gets kids moving, laughing, and learning; Build positive relationships with children and parents.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 3.25 per week
