Children's Support Workers

What You'll Be Doing
Building positive, trusting relationships with children and young people
Creating a warm, fun, and structured home environment
Supporting daily routines, education, activities, and appointments
Encouraging emotional regulation, confidence, and independence
Managing challenging behaviour using trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches
Keeping clear, accurate records and contributing to care plans
Working as part of a close, supportive team
Who We're Looking For
Someone positive, patient, and full of energy
Experience with children or young people (EBD or residential care is a bonus, not a must)
A genuine passion for helping young people thrive
Confidence working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and waking nights
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Full UK driving licence preferred
Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain)
