Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team in Milton. This is an exciting opportunity for qualified professionals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families. In this role, you will work collaboratively with various agencies to ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of children at risk.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and investigations to identify the needs of children and families.
Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to support children in need.
Collaborating with partner agencies, including education, health, and law enforcement, to safeguard children.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
Participating in team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices are followed.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
Current Social Work England registration.
Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
Strong assessment and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
