To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience working in children's services, particularly in MASH or contact team settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
• Sound understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding principles.
