Trainee Homes Manager
to join our dedicated team in a children's residential home based in
Kings Norton

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to grow into a Registered Manager role, with full support and guidance from an experienced senior leadership team.

Role Responsibilities:
Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations of the home
Lead and supervise the care team to ensure high standards of care and safeguarding
Develop leadership and management skills in preparation for registration with Ofsted
Promote a positive, nurturing, and structured environment for children aged 8-18
Build effective relationships with professionals, families, and regulatory bodies
About You:
Experience working in a children's residential setting (minimum 2 years)
Currently a Deputy Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Residential Support Worker
Working towards or willing to complete Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children and Young People)
Passionate about supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs
Strong understanding of safeguarding, care planning, and trauma-informed practice
