Waking Night Support Worker - 12.65/hr + Bonus | Full-Time Permanent Role

Location:

Chipping, near Preston (commutable from Longridge, Ribchester, Clitheroe, Fulwood, Blackburn, and Garstang)

Salary:

12.65 per hour

Bonus:

Up to 2,400 per year

Shifts:

10pm - 10am | 3 nights on, 3 nights off

Theracare

is currently recruiting for a Waking Night Support Worker at our rural children's home in

Chipping

. This role involves working with children aged 8-16 who may have emotional or behavioural needs. You will be part of a professional team providing overnight care, ensuring the safety and stability of the home throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

Overnight supervision of children in a residential care setting Supporting bedtime and morning routines, including personal care where required Monitoring, recording, and reporting on wellbeing and incidents Ensuring the home remains calm, safe, and compliant with policies

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in a residential childcare or similar setting preferred Willing to work towards Level 4 NVQ in Children, Young People & Families Practitioner Must hold a

full UK driving licence and able to commute.

Must have the

legal right to work in the UK

with no restrictions
