We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable
Children's Activity Worker
to support aone-off, 5-day February Half Term Kids Club
in2026
. This role involves working with primary-aged children across a fun, varied, and creative holiday programme designed to keep them engaged, active, and inspired throughout the week.The club runs
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
(full days) duringFebruary Half Term 2026
.Each day is packed with exciting mini projects featuring a vibrant mix of:
Art & Craft
Sports & Games
Dance & Drama
Music & Singing
Film & Storytime
Musical Theatre
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support groups of children across a range of creative and active sessions. Help deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, teamwork, and confidence. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where all children feel supported and involved. Assist with general daily organisation, including setting up and packing down activity spaces. Maintain good communication with parents/carers and senior staff regarding children's participation and wellbeing.
Experience & Skills
Experience working with children in schools, clubs, camps, childcare, or similar settings. Ability to engage, motivate, and supervise children in a fun yet structured way. Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive approach. Confidence supporting a wide variety of activities (creative, active, and performing arts). A background in childcare, education, arts, sports, or youth work is welcomed but not essential.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 520.00 per week
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
