We're looking for reliable and motivated Chill Packers / Yard Operatives to join our busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with great pay and excellent overtime rates.
Shift Pattern
Dayshift:
05:30 startBackshift:
13:30 startOccasional Nightshift:
21:30 startFlexibility is essential as shifts rotate across these times.
Pay & Premiums
Basic Rate:
12.37 per hourSaturday:
1.25 x basic hourly rateSunday:
1.5 x basic hourly ratePublic Holidays:
2 x basic hourly rateUnsociable Hours (6 PM - 4 AM):
+23%Overtime (above 39 hours):
1.5 x basic hourly rateKey Responsibilities
Pack milk and cream within the chill area into trolleys or pallets Operate robotic packers and shrink-wrappers Use manual handling aids (Mastermover, Viper, pallet wrapper) Manage waste streams and recyclable packaging Clean trailers and empty trolleys Complete paperwork for full traceability Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in despatch or cold store work (desirable) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable, organized, and proactive approach
