Mobile Chiller/AC Engineer

We're looking for experienced Mobile Chiller/AC Engineer to come on board and play a crucial role in keeping our clients' operations running smoothly. If you're passionate about problem-solving, and want the freedom of working on the move, this is the opportunity for you!!

You will be required to carry out the service and maintenance works to both air cooled and water cooled chillers across London and the South East. The majority of work is within the M25, with a large amount in the heart of London.

You will be required to work on equipment from all of the leading manufacturers, Daikin/McQuay, Trane, Carrier, Airedale, and York, carrying out works such as major leak repairs, compressor replacement, component replacement, fault finding (both mechanical and electrical) and general chiller maintenance.

You will be working on the full range of systems, including Turbocor and Centrifugal

Previous mobile experience desired.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday.*
8:00 AM - 17:00 PM but can change due to site preference*

General Duties include:

Carry out PPMs on both Electrical and Mechanical plant, equipment and assets Assist with any reasonable other requests from the client and site manager. Respond timely to any reactive maintenance requests. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including PPM tasks, repairs, and equipment history. Utilise diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root cause of malfunctions in both mechanical and electrical systems. Conduct risk assessments before undertaking maintenance tasks and implement necessary safety measures 1 in 4 Call out rota.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

C&G Award in F-Gas & ODS Regulations: Category 1 (C&G2079-11)

Essential.*
C&G: Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Level 2)

Essential.*
C&G: Electrical Installation (Level 2)

Desirable.*
Strong Multiskilled (HVAC/Chiller/Air Conditioning) knowledge, background and experience -

Essential.*
Chillers and Air Con maintenance experience -

Essential.*
Basic Electrical knowledge and understanding dependent on main bias.
