We are looking for an exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
Chimney Sweep Coordinator
to manage the day-to-day logistics, customer service, and scheduling for a busy chimney sweep business. This vital role involves managing diaries for two to three sweeps, each with multiple appointments per day, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
You'll be the friendly and professional voice of our company, handling incoming calls, making reminder calls, chasing outstanding invoices, and keeping everything flowing smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily and weekly appointment schedules for multiple chimney sweeps
Book new jobs and coordinate logistics efficiently to maximise time and routes
Make reminder phone calls to customers ahead of appointments
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service over the phone and by email
Monitor and chase outstanding invoices professionally
Input and manage data in scheduling and accounting systems
Liaise with sweep staff to adjust appointments and respond to last-minute changes
Keep accurate records and ensure all bookings and follow-ups are up to date
Support basic accounting tasks such as invoice creation and payment tracking
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in administration, scheduling, or coordination roles
Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach
Strong communication skills with a confident and friendly telephone manner
Ability to think on your feet and solve problems calmly and efficiently
Comfortable using computer systems, spreadsheets, and booking software
Experience in basic accounting tasks is desirable
Knowledge of the heating or service industry is a bonus, but not essential

Pay: 22,980.00-26,000.00 per year
