As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing food production, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high culinary standards. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper storage of ingredients. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Develop new recipes and menu items that align with our culinary vision. Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and promote teamwork. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor portion sizes and presentation standards for all dishes served.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Extensive knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices. Excellent cooking skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Previous experience in team management within a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
