We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a strong command of office software, and the ability to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
Answer incoming calls and manage phone etiquette effectively.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Manage appointments and scheduling for staff members.
Utilise Google Suite for document creation and management.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks when necessary.
Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Ensure all office supplies are stocked and ordered in a timely manner.
Requirements
Proficient in Google Suite applications and QuickBooks is preferred.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Demonstrated phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment is essential.
A positive attitude with a professional appearance is required.
