Position Title: Real Estate Marketing Department - Marketing Associate

Job Overview:

We are a London-based real estate agency specialized in providing sales services for UK properties to UK local and Chinese and Asia Pacific clients. We are currently seeking a proactive, creative, and experienced Chinese speaking marketing specialist to join our marketing department. The suitable candidate plays a crucial role in reaching out to our expanding markets and clientele, promoting our property resources, listings, and enhancing our brand image. This position will be responsible for generating marketing leads , planning, creating and execute promotional strategies in the real estate and investment industry, and carry our brand message across various platforms and channels.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Reaching out to our expanding markets and clientele in China, promoting our property resources, listings, and enhancing our brand image.

2. Analyse investment trends in the Asia Pacific region and Chinese real estate market with management team, understand the needs and preferences of target audiences for each specific market, provide market insights and recommendations to guide sales and marketing strategies.

3. Develop and implement property promotion plans across online and offline channels, including websites, social media platforms, and exhibitions, to gain our coverage and exposure in the property industry and attract potential clients.

4. Create compelling property sales content using sources from developer and our own photos and videos, such as blog articles, and social media posts, to encourage client engagement and event participation.

5. Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as posters, brochures, ensuring alignment with our company's brand image and it's relevance.

6. Participate in planning and executing brand promotion activities to raise our company's visibility and reputation.

7. Strong camera presence and excellent verbal communication skills. Good at filming videos and editing videos.

Job Requirements:

1. Ideally online social media marketing with customer acquisition experience, with a preference for those who have worked in the real estate or related industries.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

3. Familiarity with the Chinese real estate market and understanding of client psychology, with knowledge of the UK real estate market being a plus.

4. Creative thinking and strong copywriting skills, capable of designing captivating marketing content.

5. Proficiency in using social media and digital marketing tools, such as Xiaohongshu, Wechat, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.

6. Strong organizational and time management abilities, able to handle multiple marketing projects simultaneously.

7. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with strong translation skills.
