As the welcoming face at the front desk, you'll support patients throughout their visit and help keep the clinic running smoothly. You'll receive full training on all our systems, processes, and day-to-day procedures, along with beginner-friendly training in chiropractic and massage so you feel confident speaking to patients and becoming a valued part of our team.Your responsibilities will include:

Comfortable encouraging patients to follow recommendations
Organised and able to keep on top of routine tasks
Happy to follow systems and processes
Open to feedback and keen to learn
Reliable, punctual, and consistent

Customer service in a professional environment
Mid-level retail where high-quality service and communication were important
Office administration or assistant roles
Hospitality roles focused on guest experience rather than fast-paced volume
Any role that involved speaking with people, staying organised, and following clear processes
What matters most is your attitude, your communication skills, and your willingness to learn.
