Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, exceptional individual to fulfill a full time role at our beautiful clinic, Wimborne Wellness Centre. If you are a dynamic, enthusiastic person with a can do attitude with an administrative and customer service background, we need you!You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be efficient and organised with a keen attention to detail, as well as the ability to think for yourself! A background of working in customer service orientated roles would be an advantage as well as a keen interest and awareness of health and wellbeing.The position is full time with shift work (only during the work week, no weekends) which allows for an excellent work/life balance. General administrative support and assistance to the practice team and clinic director is needed to ensure patients receive the high quality service the practice is known for, and ensuring the practice runs smooth and efficiently at all times.Duties include: managing front desk, greeting patients, booking appointments, processing payments, processing insurance invoices, answering calls and queries, general administration, invoicing, ordering and stock control, provide administrative support for the practitioners in the practice, light cleaning duties and cashing up.You must be able to take initiative and be able to work on your own as well as with others.Hours required:Monday: 13:30 - 19:30Tuesday: 13:30 - 19:30Wednesday: 7:30 - 13:30Thursday: 13:30 - 19:30Friday: 7:30 - 13:30Pay depending on skill set and experience.Qualifications and SkillsYou must:

  • Be fluent in both spoken and written English language
  • Have a 'can do', positive attitude with a cheerful fun personality
  • Have initiative and be able to work on your own as well as with others
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have a strong customer service and administrative background
  • Be computer literate with experience and confidence using computerised diary management
  • Be able to grasp new concepts, be adaptable and able to multi-task
