This is a development role and is ideal for someone who has completed their CIPD level 5 and is looking to progress their HR career, or someone with significant generalist HR experience.
What you'll be doing You will support positive employee relations, including attendance and health and wellbeing, and will have experience of HR casework including conduct and performance management. You will be involved in implementing organisational change, transactional processes, recruitment, and HR projects. Who we're looking for You'll have experience of generalist HR including change management, employment law, employee relations. You may have experience supporting HR projects. You'll be enthusiastic and willing to progress in the role. You'll be an effective communicator and the ability to work well with a variety of different stakeholders. Other requirements This role requires some travel around our boroughs. You should have a valid driving licence or the equivalent mobility.
