Temporary, Seasonal. December, specific dates: Saturday 6th, Sunday 7th, Saturday 13th, Sunday 14th, Saturday 20th, Sunday 21st, Monday 22nd, Tuesday 23rd, Wednesday 24th December 2025.

Christmas Elves

for our brand-new

Santa's Grotto

experience!

Although our venue is known for crazy fun and games upstairs, this role is based

exclusively within the grotto area

-- a festive wonderland dedicated entirely to Christmas.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome families with festive enthusiasm and ensure every child feels the magic of Christmas! ? Manage visitor queues and maintain a smooth flow through the grotto. Support Santa by keeping visits running on schedule. Assist with ticket checking, crowd control, and general organisation. Keep the grotto tidy, cheerful, and operating efficiently throughout the day. Interaction with diverse visitors, maintaining a festive atmosphere, and assisting with various organisational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the grotto. Work closely with Santa Claus and fellow elves to deliver a first-class festive experience for everyone.

Requirements:

Must be

18 years or older.

Confident, friendly, and comfortable interacting with children and families. Excellent

time management

and

people management

skills. Ability to remain upbeat and professional during busy periods. A love for Christmas and a willingness to fully embrace the Elf persona! Have strong experience working face to face with children and families in a customer service environment.

Desirable:

Have got experience as an Elf previously (desirable, not essential, all training is provided). Previous experience in customer service or event roles is hugely advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm and a positive attitude is key for this role.

Pay: Up to 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
