Holiday Camp Support Assistant

FIFTH Movement is seeking enthusiastic Holiday Camp Support Assistants with expertise in sports, boxing, or gymnastics to help deliver an exciting and memorable experience for children. Running for four days during the Christmas period -- Monday 22nd, Tuesday 23rd December, Monday 29th December, and Tuesday 30th December -- we are looking for creative, active staff that can join a team of enthusiastic specialists to give the children a memorable experience. Candidates should be multi-sport skilled, able to lead a range of active, fun games and keep children engaged and moving throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the holiday camp Design and lead fun sessions that promote physical activity and creativity Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, adhering to FIFTH Movement's safeguarding and health and safety policies Conduct craft sessions and interactive activities for children Respond to any emergencies or incidents promptly and appropriately Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a positive and cohesive team environment Keep accurate records of attendance, incidents, and any relevant paperwork

We are looking for someone who is:

A teacher, teaching assistant, or has experience working with children in school settings A sport coach with a specialism that they can deliver at the camps Already holds an Enhanced DBS certificate Confident with safeguarding procedures and best practices
