Milford Haven Town Council
is seeking to appoint aqualified and experienced contractor
for the installation, maintenance, removal, and storage ofChristmas lighting displays
within Milford Haven.Minimum Requirements
All contractors
must:
Be
HERS Registered (Highway Electrical Registration Scheme)
. BeNICEIC Approved Contractor Scheme Registered
(Domestic Installer registration will not be accepted)*.Hold valid
IPAF qualifications
for all operatives, as aMEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform)
such as a van-mounted cherry picker will be required. Providesecure storage facilities
for the Christmas lights when not in use. Work in close liaison with theTrunk Road Agency
and comply with all relevant safety and traffic management requirements.Scope of Work
Installation and removal of festive lighting at agreed locations. Maintenance and testing of lights during the festive period. Safe transport and off-season storage of all lighting equipment. Van-mounted cherry picker required.
