Join our festive team at the Belfast Christmas Market, where you will be responsible for operating the Coffee and Hot Chocolate Bar. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a lively FAST paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. .

Responsibilities

Set up & close down at markets
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot beverages, including coffee and hot chocolate, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation At a fast pace.

- Prepare & Mix Mallow fluff using commercial mixer
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work place area, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods, keeping wait times to a minimum.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have about the menu.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills to process payments efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide help as needed during peak hours.

-Flexible working hours. shifts may vary depending on your availability. We are seeking staff for weekdays, evenings & weekends.

- Manage stock levels & advise manager of daily stock left / required

Hours vary ( can be spilt shifts, day shifts, evening shifts or longer days) dependant on staff availability.

Idealmornshiftwill be 9-3pm

Evening will be 3- 10pm then clean up

Mon - Wed 9-8pm

Thur - Sat 9 - 10pm

Sun - 11-6pm

Qualifications

-Previous experience in food preparation, barista skills, customer service is desirable but not essential. How ever experience will take priority.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders accurately.
- Reliable & flexible is Key in this role

- Flexible working hours ( weekdays, evenings & weekend hours available)
