to help oversee our Christmas pop-up shop in Leeds Trinity. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating a great customer experience, keeps high standards, and enjoys leading by example.
You'll support the sales assistants on shift, making sure the shop always looks its best, service standards stay high, and customers leave with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and uphold our brand standards.
Support and motivate the sales team during shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Maintain high visual merchandising and shop floor presentation standards.
Help with daily opening and closing procedures.
Monitor stock levels on the shop floor and communicate any needs to management.
Be the go-to person for questions or guidance when the manager isn't present.
About You
Confident, friendly, and enthusiastic with great communication skills.
Previous retail or team leader experience preferred (not essential).
Passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
Reliable, organised, and able to take initiative.
Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings in the lead-up to Christmas.
