This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join Marsden & Whittle as a Christmas Retail Assistant as part of their in-store team located in Wrexham City Centre.

Main purpose of job:

Actively engaging with customers to deliver an excellent customer experience within our Wrexham city centre home fragrance store to drive sales and customer loyalty.

Location:

7-9 Queen Street, Wrexham. LL11 1AP

Reporting to:

Business owners

Key tasks:

Greeting and approaching customers Confidently talking to customers about the features and benefits of the different products Highlighting the value we provide to customers through promotional offers and our customer loyalty programme Listening and responding to customer questions Maintaining high merchandising standards The opening and closing of the store when required The packing of online orders Support with stock management and replenishment

Key results/objectives:

Drive in-store sales and customer loyalty

Responsible for staff/equipment

The use of retail and IT equipment in store Cash management Keyholder responsibility

Hours of work

8 hours a week on a rota basis that will involve weekend work Overtime may be available at peak periods Hours of work will be usually fall on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays

Contract length

Approximately 7 weeks depending upon agreed start date. The contract is planned to start from approximately 10.11.25 and end 27.12.25.
