Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team for the busy Christmas period.

We have a part time, temporary role available in our Brislington Furniture & Home store for 8 hours per week.




You will need to be available from the 27th of October to the 19th of December


You will receive full training and will be supported by experienced, knowledgeable and friendly managers and team members.


If you have a passion for second hand, recycling, upcycling and enjoy being in a role that builds strong relationships, a role in which you can feel valued in, and knowing you are contributing to the care of patients and their families, then we want to hear from you!


The details:

Salary: 12.21 per hour, aged 21 and over (23,874 FTE per annum) Salary: 10.00 per hour, aged under 21 (19,553 FTE per annum) Working 8 hours per week, 4 hours per day, 2 in 7 days Temporary position for up to 8 weeks

What we are looking for:

Excellent verbal and written skills, with a proactive approach Able to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible and adaptable Strong numeracy skills Experience of working in customer service Previous retail experience would be useful but not essential

The Hospice is also a centre of educational excellence and we teach other healthcare professionals about how to care for people at the end of their lives, supporting the NHS and care homes provide end of life care.
