You will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers while assisting with various bar operations.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak periods. Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers accurately. Excellent organisational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient work environment. Time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods. Flexibility will be required, candidates must be able to work evenings and weekends throughout December.
