Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy season. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. This position you will be knowledgeable in up selling and trained to make be -spoke hampers, you will be confident in opening and closing the shop and cover days off, leading up to Christmas you can have as many hours and be flexible as this Is the most busy period , Boxing Day is a must and please be aware before applying, every Sunday is included in your hours, please apply if this sounds like you confident and in

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Utilise basic maths skills to process transactions accurately.
- To able to get creative with hamper box's adding your own twist is encouraged.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases.
- Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Confidence in speaking with customers of all ages and linking new products.
- Manage time efficiently to meet the demands of a busy retail environment.
- Thrive on making sales on your own, and beating targets set all while making sure the customer gets a first class shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills and a outgoing personality.
- Comfortable in speaking to all ages of customers with confidence and a can do attitude.
- Proven time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to sell products confidently and engage customers positively.
- Excellent at working alone and within a team.
