Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy season. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. This position is ideal for a confident person who thrives on talking and helping customers with there purchases, you will be trained to make hamper boxes and up sell and have a good knowledge on upselling, you will be trained to open and close the shop and cover days off , although this is a temp position this can turn into a part time hours for the year Sundays is a must and at Christmas as many hours as possible.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Utilise basic maths skills to process transactions accurately.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases.
- Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage time efficiently to meet the demands of a busy retail environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills and a outgoing personality.
- Comfortable in speaking to all ages of customers with confidence and a can do attitude.
- Proven time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to sell products confidently and engage customers positively.
- Excellent at working alone and within a team.
