We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable

Christmas Temporary Baristas / Cafe Team Members

to help us deliver outstanding service throughout this magical time of year.

The Role

As a Christmas Temp Team Member, you'll help create a warm, welcoming, and festive experience for every visitor. You'll prepare and serve quality coffee and food, support the cafe team, and ensure everything runs smoothly during this vibrant events season.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and festive beverages to specialty standards Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service Operate tills and handle payments accurately Support with food preparation, presentation, and stock rotation Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following food hygiene standards Assist with restocking, cleaning, and setting up seasonal displays Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team Uphold the welcoming and creative ethos of Aviva Studios

About You

We're looking for someone who is:Passionate about great coffee and excellent hospitality Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Experienced in a barista or cafe role (6 months+ preferred) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and event days over the festive period Friendly, approachable, and able to bring festive cheer to our guests Committed to high standards of cleanliness and safety Must be available on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day
