Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy season. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Seasonal Associates will assist with various tasks, serving customers, preparing orders.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. Building up and packing down our dipping donut units at markets and events.(will include some heavy lifting and working at height) Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor and stock areas. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout. Upsell products by effectively communicating promotions and offers to customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation during peak periods. Clean as you go method at work to ensure a clean environment expected from customers.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (bilingual/multilingual). Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong organisational skills to maintain an orderly work environment. Job Types: Temporary, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 15 per week
