As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience, assisting with merchandising, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Engage in effective communication to understand customer needs and provide tailored assistance. Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively on shelves and displays. Utilise upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and promote special offers. Maintain an organised and tidy store environment, ensuring all products are correctly labelled and priced. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory accurately. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy retail environment. Organisational skills to maintain a neat workspace and manage product displays efficiently. Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential; we provide training for the right candidates.
