We are now seeking a team of hospitality specialists to bring our vision to life and be part of something spectacular. About the Role

The Chef de Rang role plays an invaluable part in our restaurant family, setting the scene for exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you'll support the management team in running the restaurant efficiently, maintaining high service standards, maximising sales, and exceeding customer expectations by delivering a world-class dining experience.


Your responsibilities will also include:

Preparing and serving high-quality beverages Assisting with light food preparation and oven use Supporting FOH service with a warm, professional approach Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across all work areas Collaborating closely with both kitchen and service teams

About You

You'll be a trusted team player who has a strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink. With excellent time management and a strong customer focus, you'll engage effectively with both internal teams and guests and will also be able to perform duties at the highest standards with minimum supervision. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail will set you apart in delivering outstanding service.


You will also have:

Previous experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting Comprehensive knowledge of allergens Comfortable using kitchen equipment such as ovens Positive, can-do attitude and team player mentality Flexible and able to multitask across different roles
